Is maintenance included in my contract?
The cost of maintenance is covered by Locatrust.
However, you remain responsible for presenting your vehicle to Locatrust workshops by appointment.
Please make an appointment as soon as the anticipatory indicator appears (i.e., more or less 2000km before the due date), via info@leaseclub.be.
Please note that an overrun of 2000km or a maximum of 2 months is tolerated. Beyond this period, the manufacturer's warranty will be lost, and its renewal will be billed to you at 4% of the vehicle's ex-VAT catalogue value.

Qui prend en charge l’entretien du véhicule ?
LocaTrust prend en charge l’entretien de votre véhicule. De votre côté, veillez à respecter les échéances prévues et à nous contacter dès qu’un entretien approche ou qu’un voyant vous le signale. Nous vous accompagnerons pour organiser un rendez-vous dans un atelier agréé.
Une tolérance limitée peut s’appliquer en cas de retard. Au-delà des limites autorisées, les garanties ou la prise en charge de certains frais peuvent être affectées.
Are repairs included in my contract?
All repairs caused by damages not covered by insurance are not included in your contract and will be billed to you.
How does the expert assessment work?
The initial, return, and early inspections are carried out in the presence of a Locatrust member.
The latter will explain, via a quote that you must sign, whether additional costs will be charged to you and to what extent, in the event that the vehicle has been damaged.
Please note that if the intervention of a mechanic or a bodybuilder is necessary, you will receive a separate quote.
What is an anticipated expert assessment?
When you come to the Locatrust workshops for any reason whatsoever, Locatrust reserves the right to conduct a vehicle inspection.
On this occasion, useful repairs and reconditioning may be carried out so that the vehicle is always in impeccable condition, in order to preserve Lease Club's brand image.
Locatrust will invoice you for repairs and reconditioning following anticipated inspections if their cumulative sums exceed €1,000.
How are payments made?
Each invoice is payable in advance and in cash.
If you pick up your vehicle during the month, your first invoice will be issued upon collection of the vehicle or will be added to the second month's invoice.
Subsequent invoices are automatically scheduled for the 1st day of each month.
From the second month and in line with the cash payment principle, your payments must be received by the 8th day of each month at the latest.
